Please, read carefully the conditions of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of section 28 of the single article of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Legislative RD 1/2007, of November 16 ,. the buyer shall have the right to exercise the withdrawal on the purchase made, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without the need to plead any reason and without incurring additional costs, except as provided for extraordinary expenses outside the established basic shipment in the previously agreed contractual conditions or by deterioration in the handling of the product for which the buyer is responsible.

Likewise, once notice has been given to Nieves Chisvert Jiménez, the buyer must proceed to return the items purchased as soon as possible and in any case, within the non-extendable period of 30 calendar days from the notice of withdrawal.

The seller will proceed to the refund of the purchase price once it has been proven that the product is in the right conditions and without any further deterioration than the proper transport and opening of the product by the buyer. Damages produced in addition to those previously indicated will be charged to the buyer.
